Yesterday my sister came back from a vacation to Hawaii and brought home some clothes for Alison that she just couldn't resist buying.
We also added Alison's name on the wall above her crib.
We are currently active with the local chapter of the FCC (Families with Children from China). Lisa is the Treasurer of the group. We had a dragon boat race festival last weekend and I think that everbody had a good time especially the children. Lisa and I really enjoy getting together with people who have a common bond and just can't wait to attend a gathering with our little Alison. The children of this group are what convinced me that we were doing the right thing. I was a little sceptical until I met the children. My heart just melted the first time I saw them. I knew right then, without a doubt that we were headed down the right path.
